National Health Care Discount NHCD ripoff and lie to you and hide things from you and also have a habit of not paying you Soiux City Iowa

I started out with NHCD as a lead generator and within a week I was a recruiter and 2 months later I was a lead manager.

I can say this is the biggest cackameemee BS around because it is wrong to sit there and lie to employees and try to make all your money off of them which is exactly what the managers do.

They lie to you about the policies and payment and so forth. If you get a lead then it's all good an awesome until you find out you didn't get paid for it because they werent contacted by a sales rep or the sales rep got mad and listed it as a hang up or soemthing and you still dont get paid.

I also worked in their sales department and found very quickly that this is how they handle not getting a sale even if it was a genuine lead. I also didn't get paid in what I should because they have a 45 day guarantee and if the person doesn't save money in the 45 days and cancells they take the money right out of your paycheck.

When you're a recruiter they give you a script to follow and even if you think the person would be a flop your suppose to try to hire them and try to make them choose now now now and make them feel like their is a limited number of job when that is the farthest from the truth.

When I became a recruiter I was like holy cow I'm not special one bit lol I am just some ones money. After I became a manager I decided to tell them where to put their job because I could not tolerate having to lie to all my employee son my team and explain to them why their not getting paid and just play this game with them.

I wish all the time I had not quit my good paying job as a wireless tech suppose agent making 350 a week to take a job that would pay me like 150 every 2 weeks. Just not work the bs and the lies and loss of money.
