National Marketing Concepts LLC & Internet Strategies Group LLC Did not give me my full refund as guaranteed in writing for lack of income earned ANTHEM, Arizona

I paid 15K on 8/07 for the onetouch shopping biz. I was told by Vince White that if I do not make a profit the difference lost from my investment would be refunded to me in 11 months and I received this in writing. I asked if the company can tell me their advertising sources or provide proof of advertising. They would not. After 11 months, I asked for my refund verbally and by certified letter.

3 months later they gave me a refund of just $6500 and I only received small checks around $500 total. I followed up on my remaining refund consistently.I even filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Attorneys Generals Office. The written response back to me is that Internet Strategies Group/National Marketing Concepts LLC acknowledge they owe me money and would give me a refund when funds become available.

Now the companies phone is disconnected. I did some research and got Kim Birdsongs the CEO of these companies phone number, I believe it was her cell number. She just laughed at me when I asked about my refund status. She said Internet Strategies Group LLC and National Marketing Concepts LLC is going through bankruptcy. I asked her to do the right thing an honor the 11 month guarantee I have in writing. She laughed and hung up. On a side note, according to the Arizona Corporate Commission Kim has owned several LLC's in the past.
