NATIONAL MERCHANT CENTER LIED TO ME SAYING THEY WERE MY CREDIT CARD PROCESSING COMPANY AND NEEDED TO CORRECT SOME ISSUES NOW THEY HAVE HAVE TOTAL CONTROL OF MY BANK ACCOUNT IRVINE CALIFORNIA

I was contacted by this company claiming they needed to remove a person who was a 3rd party and making commision off of my account and was no longer with the company .. THEY STATED BY REMOVING THIS PERSON I WOULD NOT BE PAYING SUCH A HIGH% OF THE CREDIT CARD I TOOK IN ON MY REPRORTABLE SALES.

        Next step was they I had to completely renew my contract to get the better % rate . I kept asking over and over about my account and they assured me they were my company of MERCHANT SERVICES......... I think now they are ALL called MERCHANT SERVICES SO YOU THINK ITS YOUR COMPANY . They needed to renew my CONTRACT and on it put all my informationof my  BANK ACCOUNT OF WHICH I HAVE ALWAYS USED.They stated as soon as they recieved everythig back and  signed  I would start getting the better rate. OK everything done!! next day I had a question  thats when I found out it WAS NOT the company i had been dealling with for years !!!! 

I do all my transaction by phone and everything is without the consumers card so no equipment was needed ...............well I have paid enought to buy all new office equipment!!!!!  I cant get them out of my bank account so they are taking   out 89.00 every month plus other fees for NOTHING!!!!!  I have tried everything to remove them  I have told them to cancel  I have sent them papers to cancel and still they are charging me every month!!!!! I  am a small business single mother and I cant afford this game with them ! any suggestion would help I have to keep this account open because of the type of busines I have and monies that have to automatic be recieved and issued out!!!
