National Mortgage Help Jennifer Williams,Rick Nelson This company cause me and my family a great hardship with their lies and everytime I hear their commercial I just want to figure out a way to tell people that they are a bunch of crooks Internet

In April of 2010 Isaw this ad on Tv about National Mortgage Help and how they could help you with a loan modification if your payment was high and you were behind with your payment,or needed a fixed rate. We had gotten a supposely modification though our mortgage company were our payment would be less and then after 2months they increase the payment by $327.00 due to negative equity  they said so when I saw this add I contacted these individuals to try and get a better loan modification. I was contacted first by a agent name stephanie who explain what all was needed,and I moved forward by sendong them all they requested and after they reviewed everything I was contacted by Jennifer Williams who assured me they could help us  get a better loan at a fixed rate through our mortgage company,and all that we needed to do was send them $2000.00 for legal fees we sentthem the money and waited to hear from them  on how this was to moved forward. I was calling with concerns about the payments we were behibd with and they said don't worry they was handling it. In june we recieved a forclosure notice and  I contacted the agent that was assign to our case and she never return my calls.

 I then contacted the law firm who handed me off to Rick Nelson who informed me stephanie was no longer withthe company and he would be handling things from hear on out  he sent me a lot of authorization forms to sign and faxed back to him which I did and again was told not to worry that the forclosure letter was what the mortgage company had to send out,but they would be in contact with the company. I went back and forth with calling and recieving no response up until August by then we had recieved the final forclosure notice and I could get any response from Mr Rick Nelson no matter how many messages I left no return called.

 I started working with Hud BY then to try and save my house and  it was just a mess and in Feb of this year I loss my house because while listening to  National Mortgage help and being assured that the could help. I was totally screwed because I couldn't come up with the back payment so in the end I loss 2000.00 dolaars which was all of my savings at the time due to unemployment and I still loss my house and have no way of recovering my money that I sent to them ,and almost everyday  I hear their adds on the radio  or on late night television making empty promises I just hope and pray no one else in need falls for their bogus plan of help.
