National One Telecom fraudulantly bill me for $84.00 on July 01, 2004, for pay-per-view website. To which is untrue, they said I call long distance through my ISP to United Kingdom a web Porn sites. This is call by the California Public Ultility Commission as "SLAMMING". Where as they swithed your long distance carrier without your authorization.
This is an illegal action on their part, and you do not have to pay a single penny. If you did already pays them, then you need to make them re-imburst all of the charges back to your accounts. You should also report them to the Federal Trades Commission, Better Business Bureau, and your State Attorney office.
