National Platunum Member Services Ripped Me Off Too Carson City, Nevada

     I was attempting to locate some loans companies online and had checked out some of the PayDay Loans.  I never accepted any offers because either the loans were too low or the interest was sky high.  I had a doctor's appointment yesterday afternoon so I checked my checking account to make sure I had enough money to pay my co-pay.  When I got into my account I found that I had a $99.95 charge from National Platunum Members Services that I had not authorized, not once, but TWICE.  These charges plus the over draft fees, put my bank account into  the negative by $400.00.  Now I'm on disability so I have a very limited budget and with my account being in the negative, and i get my bills paid, I won't have anything left for my medications and doctor's appointments.  (I don't have Medicare yet). 

     I have no idea what I am going to do and my bank told me that they can't do anything to help me.  I have tried the phone number that was listed on the item charged to my account but it was automated with no links to a real person.

     I live about 30 miles from town and I can't drive to much do to my disability.  I have read the editors suggestion's to someone elses complaint in which I have already reported it.  My bank won't even freeze my account so that no one can take anything else out.  So what do I do now?
