I contact Bob at National Power Supply to purchase a cummins engine. I was told that it was in stock and going to ship as soon as he received my payment. Payment was sent and then nothing was shipped out. I was told I would receive a pick up address but an address never came. Now his cell phone is been disconnected again. I keep getting different lies and stories. now there has been no contact in a month. Product was never supplied or received.

Not sure who this complaint is from, we have not sold a Cummins to Oklahoma customer, if this is from Mark Snyder in Utah, we did sell a cummins engine to him that our vendor had difficulty getting out and was delayed. We have fully refunded that customers with a interest payment. it did take 30 days to resolve. this vendor for and National Power Supply generally provides good engines.
National Power Supply has provided many engines since for Passenger truck to large industrial engines.
National Power Supply attempts to respect all of our customers needs and fufill their request. on rare occasion it take us longer than anticipated. this was the case here and moneys were refunded.
