Please do not do business with National Power Supply.  We found an engine on eBay and asked a question on shipping.  I was given a phone number to call.  I was connected with Steve at NPS.  He quoted a remanufactured Cat engine for us and advised they did not accept credit cards or Paypal but only wire transfer (first sign).  We completed the transfer and I received and invoice for the engine on 3-11-14.  At the bottom, the invioce stated a build time of 10 days.  10 days came and passed and I called Steve to get an update.  He advised me that they had never recevied the transfer.  I hung up and verified with our bank that the transfer was complete. It was.

When confronted about it Steve said they had found the payment ($16000) and production would start on our engine.  He said they could get it built and shipped within a few days.  A week passed and I emailed Steve.  He had excuse after excuse as to why the engine was still not completed.  After a month of no engine being shipped we called to cancel the order.  I left several messasges and emails for Steve and Larry to cancel and refund the money.  With no replys for a couple days I called Steve and was told the engine was miracously completed.   By this time we were done getting screwed around and wanted to cancel still.  We were refunded all but 15% of our payment which was a "restocking charge" from Larry.  After arguing with Larry he agreed to refund the rest of the money since the engine NEVER left thier place.  I'm still not convinced the engine was ever completed or even exsisted.

To make this matter worse, two weeks have went by with no refund being completed.  I have called NPS everyday and have gotten through to Larry very few times.  The first couple times he told me he has had problems with employee theft.  I told him that was not my problem and I needed a refund.  A few conversations later Larry told me he was "just going to be honest".  He told me since the employee theft he has no money and did not have the funds available to refund me.  I filed a report with our local law enforcement and they are forwarding to Yakima PD.

It would appear we have been ripped off by Larry and his shady operation.  Next step is legal action I guessl.  Larry now refuses to answer my calls and will not return emails.  If I call the office his poeple put me on hold for ever or transfer straight to his voice mail.

Whatever you do, PLEASE do not buy from these thieves.  They will take your money and waste your time.
