I contacted National Recovery Network in 2009 to do a recovery on a 2006 Ford F-150. I spoke with Debbie and she was very professional asking me a few questions and took down my name and number for NRN's sales department to call me back. In about 30 minutes I received a call from a nice gentleman named Dustin who had asked me what National could do for me. I explained what I needed from NRN and Dustin told me that he would send me a contract and I would need to fill it out and fax it back to the office where an employee with NRN would call me back if there were any questions. Dustin and I went over prices for the recovery. There was a BASE FEE of 800.00. Now I know when I'm told there is a BASE FEE of 800.00 there would be extra's tacked on to my bill when my vehicle is recovered NOTHING is ever a BASE FEE.  

That night my husband and I sat down and discussed the fees and the contract (which is so full of holes it looks like swiss cheese) we decided to take a leap of faith and sign on with National Recovery Network to get our vehicle back. I faxed in the contract and received a phone call from Debbie that next day. Debbie asked me a hand full of questions and asked if I would fax in a copy of title, registration and any other docs I might have on the "debtor". Feeling really good about taking that leap I sent in the required docs that she had asked for.

I was told that I would have an update in 48 to 72 hours on my case. I called into the office that Friday which was 120 hours after I sent in my contract and asked to speak with Debbie. Debbie was not available, so I spoke with Renae. I told Renae that I have not heard anything about my case and that Debbie had sent me an email that I would be getting updates via the website and was unable to log on. She told me she was sorry for the delay and that she would have the IT department look into why I was unable to look at my updates or log on to the website, and that she would call me back with the status of when I could log on. She read my update over the phone and asked if I would like to have it emailed to me. Again that leap of faith that we took was looking good besides the log in issues. I received a call later t hat day from Renae that my log in issues were fixed and she walked me through logging on to the site checking the updates etc.

The next thing I knew it was 5 months later and still no vehicle, I was reassured by NRN that they will locate my vehicle. Now I know the "debtor" and I did not think that this was going to be easy. It seemed that NRN investigators where one step behind him all the way.  So by now Debbie, Renae, Investigator Lynn and I were old friends. I received such wonderful service from these ladies and I could not ask for nothing more.

January rolls around and I get a call from Renae that my unit has been recovered. I'm over joyed at this point. I ask her when will I be able to go and pick it up and she states that "now that the unit has been recovered she will closed the file on her end and send it over to the billing department and that department will contact me in 24 hours." Sounds great I told her and she wished me the best of luck as I did her and that was it.

That evening I receive a bill via email and the bill is not a few extra dollars not even a few hundred extra. My bill went from BASE FEE 800.00 to 2400.00 dollars. As I tried to catch my breath,shove my eyes back in their sockets and pick my husband up off the floor I call NRN to ask why the bill was so high? I get the answering service telling me that they can take my name and number and some one will call me back. I ask to speak with Debbie, Renae or Investigator Lynn. The next day I receive a call from Debbie, I tell her that there must be a mistake on my bill I start to ramble about I was never told that the bill would go up that high and she listens to me at the end of my rant she tells me that she will transfer me to billing and that she will let them know what I'm calling about. Now up untill this time I have spoken with the 3 most wonderful women I think I have ever spoken to. They have listened to me crying about this taking so long, the angry times I called these women and yelled at them and they put up with me. Remember the leap of faith I was talking about they were the reason I stayed on with NRN. Professional, class act women.

Now let me get to the rest of the employee"s at NRN. First off I had to speak with probably the most unprofessional, snotty, degrading HALF WIT ever!! "Sara" She took my call and the first thing that came out of that witch's mouth was " The bill is the bill and we will not change it. I was taken back at the demeanar of this person. She talked to me like a old school marm would to a student. I have never been so insulted in my life. After listening to her for about ten minutes rambling on about that swiss cheese contract and what shethought a recovery should be(which I will add she doesn't know repossession from a hole in the ground) that I signed she stated that she would put me on the phone with the GM. I said fine. Well the GM did not get on the phone it was some fake talking woman named Dawn and she stated that Mr. StMarie was on the phone and if I would hold on he would be with me in a few minutes. 10 minutes later, the jack a*s called "Mr. St Marie" got on the phone and pretty much told me that the bill was right and if I didn't pay it he would sell my truck and after his invoice was paid I would get a check from him for the difference.

Well, I paid the bill a couple of days later and wanted to see what it would cost me to have the vehicle shipped to us in Co. I called NRN and spoke with Renae thank god and she got me a few quotes. I was going to go with NRN until I received the bill for the transport. It was not what Renae had told me. When I call over to the office I asked for Renae and she was on the line so I asked for Debbie and was told by the Half Wit Sara that Debbie was no longer there.  I asked to hold for Renae and was placed on hold for what seemed like forever with out anyone coming on the line. I just gave you 2400.00 dollars and you leave me listening to dead air WOW! Renae gets on the line and she tells me she is sorry that I had to wait so long. Again class act!. I tell her that I received a bill for the transport and she says ok when would you like to get this going. I tell Renae that the bill was not what we had discussed now mind you when I called about getting the transport I was told by Dawn that I would have to speak with Renae about the transport because that is her department.

I told Renae what the bill was for and I could hear in her voice that she was surprised and she was going to have to see what happened with original quote. Renae placed me on hold and  a couple of minutes later the Half Wit Sara gets on the phone and tells me that Renae doesn't do transport quotes and she apologized on behalf of Renae for talking out of turn. LIke I said before when I called about a transport Dawn the office manager told me that Renae did all of the transports and she tranferred me to Renae herself. I called again to ask another questions about the transport and spoke with the half wit Sara and she told me that she did not have anything to do with transports and I would have to talk with Renae. So here is where my title to this long complaint comes from. Sara , Dawn and Mr. St Marie in the few conversasion I have had with them they had scammed, cheated, and lied to me. I spoke with them for a total of one week. I spoke with Debbie, Renae, and Investigator Lynn for 7 months and I do not believe I was lied to once.

After the Half Wit's Sara and Dawn told me the amount I was going to have to pay to have my truck transported back to Co. I told that witch Sara to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. A couple of days later I received a call from NRN and it was Renae she told me that the original quote that she had quoted me was right and there was a mistake in the billing department. I asked why was she calling me if she was not in the transport department and she stated that since she was the one who gave me that quote she had to call me back to tell me that there was a mistake and that she was no longer doing the transport's at the present time. Again was not lied to by Renae. I told Renae that my husband and I decided to go on a road trip and pick it up ourselves since I had already been told two different quotes by NRN. Renae stated that she would make sure that the billing department would send over a release to the storage yard so we could pick up our truck. She placed me on hold for the Half Wit Sara. I spoke with her and she said that everything was fine and that she would send over a release for us to pick up the truck and I asked Sara if there were any charges that i would owe when I got there. Again Sara lied!!!!

When my husband and I got to the storage yard they had no idea we were coming and that there were storage fee's due and we would not be able to get our truck out until there was a release and fee's paid.  Since NRN is in Arizona and Mr. Big Shot St Marie doesn't roll his lying a*s out of bed and open for business til 9:00 am Arizona Time we were stuck at the storage yard for three hours. Did he care HELL NO!!! We had left numerous messages and so did the recovery agent. While I was talking to the recovery agent I told her thank you for all of the time and effort their company put into recovering our truck. The agent was very nice and she said that she was sorry for the mix up and that she would make it up to us with a cup of coffee. So while we are sitting there the agent gets a call from NRN some one on the other end of that line is yelling at her. You guessed it HALF WIT Sara. When the recovery agent places Sara on hold she asked us to wait and she disappeared behind a door. A gentleman comes out of an office and he smiles at us and asks us how our trips was. He excuses himself and takes the calls. He listens for a few minutess and then asks to speak with Renae or Debbie.  We told him Debbie is no longer there and so he asks for Renae. Sara doesn't want to put Renae on the phone so he hangs up.

After a few minutes the fax machine statrs to ring and low and behold our release comes flying out of the machine at the same time the office phone rings and the agent tells us that Renae is on the phone and that she needs to get her boss. The boss comes out banters back in forth with Renae the whole time he has a smile on his face. We can only hear one side of the conversasion and the boss man tells Renae that there is storage due and that he is going to have to charge her clients. After a few more minutes of the good natured bantering the boss man tells Renae she owes him one and that he does not want Sara calling his office again he hands me the phone and walks back into his office. Renae tells me that the recovery agent received the release and that there is no storage due and we will just need to sign the release and we could go. My husband and I thanked her for getting us out of the storage bill. (again we asked about storage and was told by Sara we didn't owe anything else.) The NRN girls are a class act excluding Sara and Dawn don't group those two morons in with the sweet ladies!!

Please don't get screwed by Rick Dawn and Sara Do Not Use National Recovery Network. I have check out National Recovery Network.

Rick states that his company is so big. If you read some internet sites on this joker you can tell he is a one man idoit and that he is a con artist and that he works out of his garage. I actually read that he has a home in Gilbert, Az and he makes those ladies work out of his garage. This is coming from a repo site. When reading the article the man states that he was screwed over by Rick St Marie, Sambrano so bad that the man lost everything his home and his business and when he called this SOB for him to help him he laughed in his face. This gentleman has delievered vehicles to St Maries home/office and saw first hand what conditions he makes his employee's work under.
