NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS ALLIANCE ripoff Washington District of Columbia

I am writing with great disgust in this company!

After numerous messages left on my business line. I finally decided to call the company back. Based on the vague information that was provided by the tele-marketer, I decided to at least look at the info.

Well, to my dismay it was TOO GOOD TOO BE TRUE! Nothing in the package was EXACTLY as stated by the tele-marketer.

So, I had my husband call to handle the return; of course we know that we had to return the package. Well, 3 months later I am still waiting on my refund of about $338.

We have heard it will be 30 days, we send them out in batches, we don't send them out at the end of the year, ect. the list goes on!

My husband has left a number of messages at corp. some bogus number where noone ever answers the phone! Finally, today I decided to do some research on my own and make a few phone calls!

I left messages for Dennis, Fran, and Terry. I know I won't receive a call from anyone but, just for protocol.

I wonder, how can you help my business, if YOUR BUSINESS is not run efficiently? Customer service hold is RIDICULOUS, CUSTOMER SERVICE Period is awful.

So, if I did decide to use the services and had questions. I would be paying for horrible service! I feel bad for those you are using this company's service.

I don't care you need to get back to me. I WANT MY REFUND which is due to me for over 2 mo. I guess I would be wrong to ask for the interest, which you are probably occurring due to not releasing my funds!

BEWARE. THIS COMPANY is a SCAM!
