This my experience with them: I paid the initial fees totaling $419.18 then found out that the Did Not provide Any of the services that they promised to, which was to consolidate my student loan & have me placed in a Low Income bases program which would lead to debt forgiveness. I requested to end the program and the monthly $19.50 fee for doing nothing and What Happened? They Took an additional $199.99 which was never a part of the agreement. I have been calling and emailing & using social media to try and get my money back, I am trying anything I can think of to get my money.

I've been working here at National Student Servicing in Santa Ana, Ca. and the reason someone posted a Negative comment here is because they are a disgruntled employee that used to work here and got FIRED, Ive been working here for over 2 years and this is not true, I always get paid on time and enjoy helping people consolidate their Student Loans for a much lower monthly payment, Companies that are scams charge an UPFRONT fee always and I give people an option to pay in monthly payments.There are other Companies that got shut down for using our Contacts without our permission with another address so be aware!
