I contacted Classy Bikes (by email) for an evaluation of my bike; I received a return email and contract to list of $349. I emailed and then called Brandon, my husband and I spoke by phone (on speaker), he told us that my bike should be listed at 15,500 and my husband’s at 14,000. My husband told him both of those prices were too high plus for mileage reasons, we were reassured that they start high to create interest. We reviewed packages and ended up with the VIP packages with listed ON MANY SITES and were told we that for $450.00 each, we would have banner billings, all the pictures we wanted etc., and this was all we would EVER pay until the bikes were sold. I asked

repeatedly about any other fees we were told NO. We both asked, “How do you make your money?” and were told by financing and shipping (hence the higher listing price). We left the pricing up to Brandon with his ‘experience’ and asked how this would work. We were told we would be listed on many sites including Classy Bikes with top billing and eBay, if that didn’t sell the bikes they would use eBay auction. Again I asked if there would be any other charges other than the $450.00 for each bike and again I was told no, that’s all you pay. We were told that it was very important for us to get this decision to list made now since it was prime time to sell, that he would be working on our

ads over the weekend to get them up quickly. NOTE: ALL the wording for the ads came directly from my layout, when asked about this I was told he couldn’t do any better than what I had done. This was Friday, June 2, 2017. I never heard of National Vehicles, which I now understand is also Classy Bikes, so our many sites were really two. Our ads appeared and I corrected the mistakes, it seemed our two bikes kept getting mixed up. I called about this and got voice mail, a couple days later I called and was told Brandon was not in, finally I was told he was out sick. His ‘assistant?’ then told me there was little she could do, that this was their busy season for RV’s and that came

first. I finally heard from Brandon on June 19th. He was well enough to have been to Colorado for some ‘rest’ and this is when I found out we had been moved to a Buy Now with a reserve on eBay motors. This was a 7 day listing. (ENDED ON 7-5) Verbally we were told about low bids but again there was confusion as to which were for Richard’s bike and what was for mine. That listing expired without either bike being sold, however; I guess because there was a low bid in which we negotiated a selling price, my husband’s bike was marked SOLD. I called Brandon and told him the bike was NOT SOLD, there was no money exchanged, no deposit, nothing (and he would have been a cash sale I

was told that they couldn’t take any money and it was now up to us to finish things with this prospect. The prospect only agreed to a selling price and that he would come to look at the bike. On July 6th I get a call from Brandon; “I hate to make these calls and at the end of the day but we have to do an eBay Auction” (I am thinking, yes, you told us that way back when we paid the money) but it’s going to cost another $350 for us to list this. I was furious, this was not part of our deal so he ‘got the price down to $270. I told him I was being hustled. The auction was listed and went online that night, EXCEPT it listed Richard’s bike for auction instead of mine while also showing his as SOLD. I

called my credit card company to dispute the charge but it had already went through so I couldn’t do anything until Monday, July 10th. In the meantime, someone that had been following this through my listing on our local Craig’s List with links to eBay motors; called me, I told him the listing were an error, Richard’s bike was not sold nor was it up for a bidding auction. He bought the bike for our full asking price. I called Brandon Monday morning, told him I was stopping payment, he got all huffy with me, “well, we are just done here then.” “It costs us to list with eBay, it’s not free” I felt I was being held hostage and let the charge go through, I did receive lots of bids, and the starting bid was

set at $1,000 for a bike listed for 10,500, the bids went up by $50 or $100 and maxed out at $4,050. The Auction ended, Brandon told me they had and were contacting the serious bidders (he didn’t want to be pushy so he would wait until the weekend was over before calling again). This conversation was on Friday, July 14th, I have never heard from Brandon or anyone else since. On Saturday, July 15th I call eBay about the cost to list my bike and charges to sell, $20.00 to list (my first listing for free and $125.00 for selling) I spoke to Jeffery 1-866-322-9227, I mentioned I was told it costs for a listing and to sell, he asked if this was from an outfit out of Omaha, NB; he knew

all about National Vehicles. We had a very interesting conversation. I then called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the full $270.00 I was hustled out of. This company and their sales and business practices are a joke. I feel this whole thing with Brandon and Classy Bikes National Vehicles was a scam job from the beginning. We heard nothing but excuses for him, IF WE COULD EVER REACH HIM, I really wonder how someone told by their doctor that he had come back to work too soon after his ten days for meningitis and needed to go HOME AND REST, if this story was just that, a story; interestingly, while “resting” he messed up and told me all about his nice trip to Colorado.

Very little was done on Brandon’s end besides getting our money. They did NOT sell my husband’s bike, I did, and they have made ZERO effort to sell mine. He lied to me about “having to pay (as in BIG BUCKS) for this last listing for an auction with eBay. I feel NATIONAL VEHICLES owes us $450.00 for my listing plus the $270.00 I was scammed out of for the ‘free’ listing with eBay.
