NATIONS VOICE PLUS 800 VOICE MAIL FRAUD. UNAUTHORIZED BILLING TO PHONE BILL FOR SERVICE NOT ORDERED CLEARWATER Florida

I, too have been ripped off by an un-authorized voice mail calling service. This was billed at end of my phone bill for $12.95.The Billing Services Company is ILD, at 800-433-4518. The actual company is Nations Voice Plus at 866 527 4971.

This is nothing but a rip off on non suspecting consumers. I am one of the lucky ones to have picked up on this right away but it has been time consuming to have it removed from my bill.

If you have to call, I would suggest that you call Nations Voice Plus rather than ILD. ILD is just the billing service and cannot do anything about reversing the charges. Plus, I was put on hold for 47 minutes with ILD>

Call Nations Voice Plus,Customer Service to have charges removed and waiting period is next to NIL.

I told my contact at Nations Voice Plus that I never ordered or authorized this service and will not pay for it. The charges have been removed from my bill.

I also plan to file a complaint with the BBB and Atorney General's Office.
