Nationstar Mortgage Nationstar 14 months and still stalling to do a HAMP Lewisville, Texas

I'm amazed at reading peoples stories. I was laid off after 10 years with my company. So in Feb 2010 I applied for HAMP with nationstar. Well month after month they request items they already have. They say the document time limits expired so do it again. I'm told my paperwork is complete and it is under review. Over and over every month the same old bull. Always denied because they are missing something. At one point i'm denied because they have the wrong adress and I don't live in my home, but charge me $68.00 for a property inspection, these people are nuts. It's to bad my loan got suck up by them from GMAC.

The latest was they wanted my unemployment award letter. So after not hearing from them, I call yesterday and am told they don't know when this unemployment will end and my checks stop. I fell off my chair laughing cause it clearly states on the award letter that 28k is the remaining balance for my 2nd tier. They know I lost my job because I had two open heart surgeries. I bet their hoping I have my 3rd and just croak so they can throw my wife and son out of our home.

Nationstar is a joke and someone needs to find away to help all the struggling homeowners. I have so many documented lies it's a crime these people are allowed to do business under the HAMP program. Why doesn't the fed look into this nationstroked HAMP program or are they crooked to? I would like to know how to make these knucleheads do their jobs.
