Nationwide Cyber Systems is a company that is very untrustworthy and full of scam artists. They even had us call some supposed satisfied costomers. These people said that they were making "$800 to $1,000 per month." After our experience, this seems unreal. I do not see how anyone could make that much off of these machines.

We bought two machines using credit cards. After 4 months, the first one was placed in a run-down hotel. Our internet bill was $145/month and the credit card bill was $270/month. The machine only made $10-$20 per month with one month only making $3. We kept contacting the company, but they said, "It just has not been out long enough, wait a few more months. It will do better." We were fools and believed them. It actually got worse as time went by. We kept it in for 9 months and the last month it only made $3. We pulled it out after this.

Meanwhile, the second machine is still in their factory after over a year. We are paying $220/month for it on the credit card. The only attempts of placing it was in a hotel that is located 6 hours away from us. This was unacceptable. We contacted the buisness and asked for our money back. They said that it was not possible. They would not even pay back half of what we paid for the one still sitting in their factory.

The second has not been delivered to me

AUTHOR: Andrea - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 16, 2004

In early March 2003 I bought two internet terminals from Nationwide Cyber Systems. It was not until late June 2003 that one was placed and the other is still not placed. The second has not been delivered to me and there has not been much effort on the company's part to place it.

My first machine broke down on August 23, 2003 after only two months of being used. It is now broke down again September 18-22, 2003. The machine is not living up to what Nationwide promised.

It breaks down easily and does not produce even close to what they advertise. They advertise that the machine will make close to $1000 a month. In the 8 months the total it has made is $152. The most made in a month was $42, which is $958 less than what I was told. The $42 does not even cover the price of the internet service that Nationwide recommended. The internet service is $145 a month.

As for the second machine it is still sitting in a warehouse somewhere. It has not even been opened or seen by myself. I am asking for a full refund for the second machine and a partial refund for the first. The machines are unsatisfactory and do not live up to what Nationwide said they would do. The first machine cost us $15,995 and the second cost us $12,995.
