Nationwide Cybersystems ripoff The company was closed for reorganization and I was out of luck. Hollywood Florida

I purchased a kiosk from this company 2 months ago and I was told there was a list of locations waiting in Chicago for this machine by Bill Galinsky, who told me he was the President. He called me after the original sales representative, Brian Summers had left and that a sick man couldn't place the 10 machines he had bought. I was told that if a location wasn't found more me, that I could return it.

I used home equity funds to pay for the machine and waited for a location. Daniel Tierpack called and said that he had a location and all I had to do was to go get the agreement signed.

A couple weeks later the machine showed up at my house, without prior warning and is sitting in my garage. I called repeatedly and was told Daniel Tierpack had to have gallbladder surgery and would be out a couple weeks.

I called today, 7/13/04 and reached a woman named Yolanda who informed me that the company was closed for reorganization and I was out of luck. I asked to return the machine and was told that was not possible and I could find a location myself or sell it on ebay.

I was told the company would reopen the end of July or in August but that I was still out of luck and have this thing sitting in my garage.
