Nationwide Logistics Frank Bell TROY AND FRANK BELL Ripped off Tampa Florida

 On March 15th Frank Bell of Nationwide Logistics called as I had put out inquiry for quotes to move from CA to CO. He stated don't answer anymore calls he will do me right and be the lowest price. My original quote was 4300. But then as we went over inventory he quoted me 4634 to move a 3 bedroom house. He stated price would be locked in if I put a deposit down today. He wanted 1600 deposit and stated he would load me in big rig and bring to hub in Montrose, CO. He would store for free till move in new house. I was never informed he was a broker or middle man. I thought it was his company moving me by the way he talked. During the next 2 months I had several talks with Frank and Troy regarding inventory. I gave him many times the sizes of everything. In the end I could not take my refrigerator, kitchen table and 6 chairs, patio set, one bed, or my tool rollaway. On May 7th the driver showed up to move me in an enterprise truck something I could have rented. I was so upset, then they charged me 2573 additionally? For a total of 7507.02 to move 2 beds, 2 couches, 2 dressers, TV Stand and end tables and boxes. I was so ripped off and upset. I was promised priced was locked in. Then the driver tells me that my stuff is going to san gabriel valley in a vault? What I was lied to again by Frank. At this point Frank offered no insurance but 6 cents per pound. I was so scared.

As soon as I got to Montrose, CO I got a storage unit and requested my stuff ship. On 5/16/17 Sharon from Rhino Relocations wrote a stated driver would be in montrose from thru stay to Saturday and would call me 24 hours in advance. I rented a storage unit and driver called at 650pm on 5/20/17 stating he was here and ready to unload. I told him storage unit is open tomorrow sunday from 9 to 1pm. He had an attitude and said if we don't unload till Monday he will charge me 600 a day. I was pissed are you crazy. On 5/21/17 driver was not at storage unit at 9am as was planned. I called Julio the driver he said he was waiting for crew? I called again at 10 and he said he would start unloading alone. HE showed up at 1030am and left the truck and returned at 1145am with a short man and 4 year old kid? That he found on side of road changing a tire. I knew he could not unload in an hour with them. He got upset with me when I told him he would not make it by 1pm and stated i was not his mother and that he doesnt work for me. The guy and kid left and Julio threw money orders at me and said it would be months if I ever saw my stuff again and was going to take off.

I called my kids and they ran up. I paid Julio and told him to unload. He did t have a ramp and no dolly. My kids and myself and Bobby a friend unload the truck. Thank god my son is 6ft and big or we couldn't have done the washer dryers etc. Took 6 of us to unload we made it by 2 minutes. We were all dead. I am 59 and handicapped and Bobby is 71 and handicspped. We had no choice. Yet our contract states they unload. The Rhino Relocations denied my claim originally but now say they will give me 500 for unloading? Are you serious so wrong. Never heard from Frank Bell on the over charge of 2973. I was promised free storage that I ended having to pay 700 for and it was never in a hub in Montrose, a big rig did not load me from my home, I was almost double charged for move and we had to unload the truck ourselves in 1 hour. This is fraud! Nationwide Logistics once they pick up your items has nothing to do with how they treat you or what they charge. PURE FRAUD
