I have Bought Furniture from Nationwide Mattress and Furniture Warehouse inn November 10th 2006 from Union City store, New Jersey, they finance it through GE money Bank defered payment for 3 months then pay 23%. I have paid delivery charge of $120.00. i did get 4 pieces of the a full house furniture.
Up to this date never get the furniture and i will be paying my first payment soon, i am paying rent for an appartment with no furniture and gas and electric plus all the time when i waited for the furniture when i was promised to be delivered but no one showed up.
I have my friend who is a lawyer, she contacted them and they promised to pay $100.00 for the inconvenience and deliver the furniture but they never did.

On June, 1st 07 a judgement was entered against the store of Nationwide mattress in located in Union City New Jersey. Judgement is $3000.00 plus $21.00 cost plus interest.
since then i tried to let the store finance bank GE Money Bank to collect their money from the store direct but they kept harrasing me with collection agencies and phone calls and letters.
I went to the court house to help me how to collect this judgement so i can pay this GE Money Bank their money. I sent an Information Subpoena by sertified mail to Nationwide in Union City NJ but after one month i got the evelope back stamped (moved left no address)
I have sent mail to their legal counselor Norman Rosner, and customer service office at their head office at 6420 Atlantic Boulevard, Norcross, GA 30071 but never got an answer. I am harrased by GE Money Bank and their collection agency Encore and it is ruining my credit.
I appreciate any idea on how to collect this judgement.
