Hi i recently located nationwide remanufactoring online while searching for engine quotes for my wifes 2003 chevy impala. Well i ran accros nationwide call and the guy gave me 1669 quote for a remanufactored engine which was 600 cheaper than autozone or napa autoparts. Ask guy to send invoice so i can get the money for the engine. Guy sent the invoice same day matter of minutes. Two days later i call back and order engine but something told me to use credit card dont send a check just in case of a dispute. 1 week and half goes by no engine delivered and agent told me 7 to 10 days. Call back he tells me he has to call shipping company and find out where its at when i call and plus no tracking number.. 2013 and the shipping company they use make it where u cant track your shipment like fed ex or ups or usps or any carrier i have dealt wit.. So that was suspicous to me. Agent says oh i will call you today and let you know where its at, he never returned my call... No motor i called back agent on a friday after leaving nasty voicemails because this day no one answer my phone calls to a business thats right just sent me to voicemail or decline my call made me think thier business phone is a cell phone and usually cell phone businesses are scams so now im really suspect of the company. finally i say im gonna call credit card company and say internet fraud i never recieved my goods.. when the guy heard that he calls me back all of a sudden and tells me it will be there wednesday the next week i say ok if its not there by wednesday i want my money back guy assured me that it will be there wednesday.. NO motor io call back he says let him make a phone call and get back with me or call him back if it doesnt come by noon thursday... No motor call them back they said they were gonna call me and let me know whats going on dont worry.. NO CALL not even once!!!!! I call back friday and guess what he says your engine will be there next week..........like wtf are you serious long story short i order engine on 16 its the 31st and no sign of engine...i say refund my money.. guess what the agent tells me.. it would be done by the end of the day by our account manager!!!! this is the worst company i ever dealt with online besides the time i get ripped off on ebay by a bad seller!!! Never Order from them unless you wait a month for you part!!! now they saying it takes three days to get money back ..so now i have to wait to order a engine from a real autoparts dealer!!! Wife has been out of work for 3 weeks messing around trying to save $600 we lost double that in work wages beacause she does hospice work on the road!!!! Never di Business with this companty if you are an honest hardworker bc they will take your money!!!
