nationwide remanufacturing Lee terrible to horrific austin, Texas

first transmission ordered was for a Ford F150, suppose to get the transmission in four days, it had taken two weeks.  I will say that Lee offered to cover a rental vehicle for the customer if needed, the rental was not needed.   when I received that transmission, it would not go into the correct gear, the reverse lights were on with the shifter in the drive position.   diagnosed and found problem, was able to fix with a part from the old transmission.     customer has been happy with transmission, so bad experience and assured next time will be better.

next time, ordered transmission april the 1st, suppose to have by end of that week,  I had not received, so I called every day from april the 9th to today,  I had spoke with Lee when I ordered the transmission and every time that I called.  he said transmission in Jacksonville and will be out for delivery the next day, a few next day promises went past, no transmission, Lee and no other representative would answer the phone or return my phone calls as of Thursday april the 11th, I have called probably twenty times, still as of this minute no return phone call.   
  today is Monday, April the 15th and the shipping company arrives with the Transmission, the transmissions outer case is broken, I refused the shipment, advised the truck driver not to remove it from the truck, the truck driver contacted his office and let them know the transmission is broken. 
  I realize the broken transmission is the shipping companies fault, not nationwide transmission, but here we are with no phone calls of mine being returned.   no advice from them on how they want me to proceed, do they want to put the customer in a rental vehicle, what ? 
  how do I know, they will not take my phone calls.   by the way Lee, if you respond, don't lie, you know that everything I have written is correct, I see where someone else complained about calling and not receiving a return call, where the response back to them was that your phone log does not show them calling and that you have several people answering the phone.  
  if that is true, why are you the only one that answered the phone.
