I was victimized by this company. Making me pay hundreds of dollars because they claimed they can move me in a house that doesn't ask for deposit. Turns out, the owner hasn't even heard about Nationwide Rental and that they found his address because he placed an ad in the internet and that is where they found him.

this company posts ads on craigslist all over arizona etc and claims to have 1,2,3,4 bedroom houses for rent, bad credit etc. This is a scam.  They claim to have connections with property owners but they do not. They only get their properties from the ads which they also found from the internet like rent.com, craigslist.com, etc.

A person by the name of Greg will promise you can move in tonight, tomorrow, today, etc. He can't do that because he just doesn't have any connections with any property owners. He will give you addresses he finds on the internet.

Here are facts about this company :
*They get their properties from the home rental ads from the internet but claims to have solid connections with property owners.

*They do not have control over the properties he promises you because those are not his properties and the owners don't even know him or heard about his company.

*He will make you pay $250.00 for something you can do yourself, which is search for rental houses over the internet.

*He makes it appear that you have to pay him $250.00 so you can move in to houses that takes renters who has bad credit, no deposit, etc. Well he can't guarantee that because as I have said, he just gets his rentals from the internet too.

*They claim to work with hundreds of private owners but that is a lie. They get their houses only from craigslist or rental web pages. The owners don't know them

Nationwide Rentals aka Dessert Rental have been reported and has pending fraud cases filed against them. Beware.

I didn't fall for it and I have this bit of information for you about them:
File Number: -1546466-1
Searching google will bring you this page:
http://starpas.cc.state.az.us/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wsbroker1/corp-detail.p?name-id=15464661
They are currently Changing names again to United Relocation.
They presented themselves first as rentalsrus.
They are always using gmail email accounts and even the website is on basic HTML.
They are also using craigslist falsely and apparently Wells Fargo as well.
So complaints can be made to not only Craigslist, wells fargo, and Gmail, but you can also file with the state of Arizona if your wanting to push this further. They are scamming people from many states and as soon as the heat is on they change names and there should be a way to get the state of Arizona to stop them from changing their name so many times in a certain time frame.
Good Luck and I am all for seeing these people go down for taking away from people who have faith and accept their help and then get left with nothing but less money.
They gave me the same spill too.
I stretched it as far as I could to get their information which also helped me locate your complaint.
