Natural Body Scape, LLC , GREEN TEA, Deceptive advertising and refusal to honor returned items Hummelstown, Pennsylvania

The "GREEN TEA FIT" dietary supplement product as advertised and sold by the firm Natural Body Scape of Hummelstown, PA,  is  being falsly advertised as a low price sample.  They charge $5.95 for the  sample.  This for a 90 capsule bottle.  Your are to take 3 capsule per day.  So, in order to see if you are satisfied it would appear that you would need to consume the bottle over a 30 day period, in order to experiance the benefits or lack thereof, as they pertain to this product.  Not So!  They bill you after two weeks for $78.41 and there is no refund since you have passed "the trial period'  What kind of a dietary supplement can have its effectivness determined in two weeks. 

They are just using the FREE loss leader to get your credit card number which will allow them to abscond with at least one payment of $78.41.  If they get away with this a thousand times that's a chunk of money.  This product also uses paper  (cellulose), sand (silica) and gelatin (wax) as binders and fillers.  These ingrediants must be why the pills cost so much. 

I cannot believe that the Marketing and Advertising Division of Publishers Clearing House would knowingly allow such a scam to be associated with their firm.  However, I will be notifiying PCH by E-mail. 

This is a very subtle and I would guess very profitable scam above and beyond the product they are hyping.
