On checking my credit card statement the amount had been debited on 8.6.2013. BEWARE!! MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE WHOLE THING IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I contacted them by phone. They have given me a reference number and advise that they will email me within 24 hours to confirm a refund. I do not believe them. I have contacted my credit card provider who has closed the account and will monitor activity from this company and return any requests for future payments. APARENTLY THEY WAIT A WHILE THEN CONTINUE TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH SMALL AMOUNTS. Pheonix Arizona

you should be very wary of this company and the tatics they use to sell their products on the internet. their marketing practices are very misleading. they make an offer of a free trial period for just the charge of postage.  you do not realise that there are terms and conditions attached and if you do no cancel within fourteen days they continue to debit exorbitant amounts from your account. they are difficult to deal with on the phone. you do not realise what is happening until you receive an email advising that they are charging you and when you check you account the amount has already been debited. they have promised me a full refund but have not confrimed this in writing. i am having problems getting them to confirm. they have promised to do so within twwenty four hours but i do not believe them. be very wary do not deal with this company.

i live in united kingdom. it is absolutely apalling that a company in america can operate a worldwide scam like this.
