I saw this advertised next to Dr. Oz's report on the supplement and thought it was related to his show.  I believed it was a FREE trial, that the $2.95 I would charged was for the trial.  Nowhere did it say during the order process or in the confirmation email, or in the order I received that if I did not want the product I would have to return it in 14 days from the date I first ordered it and that I would be charged an additional amount of money for it--$89.99.  I did not realize until I saw this charge on my credit card, at which point I immediated called, cancelled this service which I did not agree to knowingly and immediately returned the bottle (2 weeks after the 14 day trial had run its time, which I did not know about in the first place).  I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they took it off, only to be rebilled once more.  Now I am fighting it because this is violation of B&P 17200 fair business dealing and breach of contract and unfair and dececeptive business practice.  I did not know of the term that I would have to pay anything or return the product or that there was a time limit to return.  I was under the impression this was a FREE trial, not a trial I would have to pay for after 14 days.  As soon as I learned that there was any charge, I immediately returned the product.  If I would have known they were going to charge me anything I would never have agreed to this.  They were extremely deceptive in their dealings.  Their website does show the terms now, in fine print and in a color that is almost white so you barely see it. This is definitely a deceptive dishonest ploy to take money from people.
