I ordered the 14 day free trial on March 10 2013. I did not even receive the product until nearly a month later on April 8. I noticed today, April 18 that they charged my credit card on March 24 for the full price of the product, well before I even received the product to begin a trial period.
I called the company, and they insisted that I received the product on March 15. When I tried to explain that that was inaccurate, I was yelled at and asked over and over "Are you calling me a liar?!" I was told by the representative named "Jake", and I quote, "Its not our company's fault that you can't be bothered to check your mail for a month". For one, it is untrue. We check our mail daily. This package was never in our mailbox. We have a community mailbox unit 2 blocks from our home, and this package was left on my doorstep. And secondly, how utterly rude and unprofessional! I don't care who you work for, its not ok to talk to your customer like this! Its disgusting.
He continued to literally yell at me over the phone, repeatedly saying "Its not our problem" instead of listening to me, and allowing me to speak. Nor did he make any attempt to work with me and make it right with a customer. I am dumbfounded, and infuriated that any customer service representative thinks they can speak to a customer in this manner, or that a company thinks that it has the right to scam people like this, costing me more than $90. It is so completely unprofessional, I can't even put it in to words.
After spending more than an hour on the phone, most of the time being verbally assaulted and screamed at (even though I did not raise my voice to him) by their representative, and him refusing to let me speak to his superior, they still refused to refund any of the charges, even though I was more than willing to return the remainder of their product back, as their policy says to do. This is a terrible company, and I'd go as far to say it is a HUGE SCAM. I would tell anyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. They do not deserve business from anyone. I will be taking legal action, as well as filing complaints with every agency that I possibly can.
