I ordered a product from Natural Methods Inc. through ladytobaby.com. About a month later, I received the wrong product. It took a few weeks to reach the customer service agent, Beth, at this business. It wasn't until I filed a Paypal complaint that I received any response. She was kind and instructed to return the product and said she would be sending the correct item right away (the next day).

Well, it has been four months now. Their email link is corrupt and they never answer the phone. It seems that I am out the $100.00 I spent on this product and will have to go through another company. What a rip off!! Do yourself a favor and order your Femcap through the manufacturer and not ladytobaby.com.
