Naturally Women Fitness Fraud Arrowhead Location ripoff, illegal Sales Glendale Arizona

First of all i was happy to have found a gym I actually liked. I signed up august 1st after being a guest for a week prior. I signed up under the sale for $499 plus tax, It included unlimited childcare, facials, massages, and personal training and a two year membership. I thought that was a great deal being that I needed childcare.

I went everyday for two weeks straight, then the water classes that I was taking a water instructor that I liked going to work out with had quit. I was really shocked and some of the ladies there had mentioned that their were workers who had their paycheck bounce. When I confronted the director she just mentioned to me that her check had not bounced so that things were still okay.. I left things alone, then an instructor there told us that there was financial troubles arrising but they were unsure of what was going to transpire from the problems.

Anyone member you asked would tell you it was a great place to work out and they to include myslef loved going there. Soon later come to find out that they had closed there tempe location sometime in July, but they were still selling us the prepaid $499 membership in August when I signed up. All everyone would say is that there was a glitch in the accounting but that things were going to get back to normal pretty soon, well that never came. Things got worse, no instructors means no classes, then no daycare, means I cant go workout. the poor members to include a friend of mine voluntered to help in the morning.

These are members working for FREE to keep the club open, but to no avail looks like the hard work didn't help. Instead they decide to close the Metro center location. They might as well close the Arrowhead location since there are no workers there but a person at the desk., It is horrible and honest people like us are getting played. I am going to do whatever it takes to get our hard earned money back. I hope the owner comes to his senses! If not I will go far with this issue.. This is one Marine you dont want to mess with..
