I received a Pop Up endorsed by all my favorite personalities (Oprah, Rachel Ray, Dr. OZ, etc.) so I fell for the scam. I ordered a "Trail Size" bottle of Natures ACai Berry Supplement for $4.99. No additional rules were implied. I never received albeit my credit card got charged the $4.99 plus an additional fee of $79. I have received NOTHING!!!.
I called them and finally spoke to someone after waiting over 10 minutes. They said they would mail me the bottle which I said I did not want and also mentioned the additional charge of @79.00. They said they could not remove because they did not show it in their records. I called my credit card company and they said I would have to wait until it post (in company's account and credit card's account before I could officially file a fraudulent activity.
To make a long story short, I blocked my credit card for any additional charges. I am calling back on Wednesday (March 11 per the company's request and credit card request to see if THEY really will do what they promised.......These people are SCUM!
