The whole program is a scam. I ordered a trial pack of ACAI from another company on line. A pop-up asked for additional information. I received a trial pack from Company A, read the ingredients, contacted Company A and canceled without difficulty. Then my account is debited $1.99 and $79.96 by Natures-ACAI.com; a company I DID NOT directly order from. I never received a "trail" offer from Natures. I called the number associated with the charge on my bank statement and was hung up on 3 times. I called again only to be told they couldn't hear me. I was informed they were "sorry" but they could not refund my money. I don't know how they got my information, I never ordered from Natures-ACAI, I never received the product and I am out a total of $81.95 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
