Mr. Naushad Noordin Velani (Nick Velani) (born 09/25/19**) would do anything at any level to rip you off and run away with your money. Sold us used car dealership and rental businesses on fake documentation. Never provided us any documentation nor had been honest with anyone whether you talk to customers or the owners of other businesses around him. Check out some links before I go on with more:

2013 Net sales $1,593,457 - Net Profit $125,079.

Ask this person to proof net profit in the documentation. He cannot for sure. They are all randomly picked up to attract buyers. If you look at the numbers, you would see the pattern.

He has a tendency of not paying people for their services. Several people complain about him writing a check which would bounce back. Also, he would show a level of urgency when you're doing business with him. This is one of other ways of scammers to pull you in the fake deal. When you rent a car from him, he would ask you to sign on a document where it says that "you're not getting insurance from his business" even though he is charging you for the insurance. I would bet he is doing business without even a rental license. Never pays government taxes and will deal in cash only. Maybe that's the reason his company name starts with "CASH". Hope IRS knocks to his door one day and asks for all fradulent cases. He provided us so much of misleading information in the beginning that could have dragged us in jail but thanks to state of Texas, they have been very helpful in providing us information to carry business in right way.
