NBA League Pass Broadband automatically bills you for another year of service subscription without any authorized consent on the consumers end. They cite a change of policy as validation for their behavior and leave it up to the consumer to undue their questionable, if not unlawful, business practices.
This is equivalent to purchasing Burn Notice season 2 off Amazon.com and then Amazon saying, "oh since you bought Burn Notice season 2 we've automatically billed you and shipped Burn Notice Season 3."
To pour more salt in the wound, they do not even auto enroll you at your original subscription rate but rather at the $20 higher 2010-11 season rate (for the 7-team package, not sure what the price hike for full access is).
In order to cancel you must go to the NBA League Pass support center and file a ticket for cancellation being sure to check the "unaware of auto-billing" feature as you do so.
