*To whom it may concern, On December 1st 2016, I applied for health insurance with NCA, a sales associate lead me to believe that they were a Health Insurance company. They transferred me to Health Insurance innovations. They explained the insurance to I was told false information and deducted monies out of my account. After I canceled less then a month.*
