NCO Financial Services Busted and could not prove a thing... without ripoffreport.com I would not have come as far as I did. Thank you all Horsham Pennsylvania

Dear all,

today I write with great satisfaction. First let me say that when I first wrote to ripoffreport.com, I was frustrated and limited with knowledge. My first report was an attempt to air my frustrations and see what I could learn from others. Through constant viewing of this website and the broad range of information that was shared with me (your stories, tips, such as Cease and Desist letters, and my rights as a consumer) I was able to clear my name with NCO.

I sent two letters certified delivery to NCO (Cease and Desist and a general letter asking why did they request my credit report without my consent. This weekend was my deadline to send my copies of my letter along with the green card to all three credit agencies. Well yesterday in the mail, I got a letter from NCO (their NY Headquarters) and in this letter they state "they are in receipt of my letter and consider this matter closed....in addition, they have wrote to the three agencies and removed their inquiry on my social security number." I plan on still sending my letter along with copies of all the letters to the credit agencies (it is important that they hear my side of the story---I do not trust NCO to be truthful)..

I have to say that without ripoffreport.com and all of your stories/comments, I would not have come as far as I did.

Thank you all!!! Please do not give up, especially if you are like me where you know you did not owe this account/debitor. Remember always check your credit reports and never give your bank information over the phone.
