NCO/OSI COLLECTIONS ERROR BY COLLECTION COMPANY COST JOB AND RUINED LIFE TACOMA, Washington

I have been paying this company $175.00 a month going on my 3rd year. I have never missed a payment. About 13 months ago the department of licensing sent letter, notice of suspension of drivers license for failure to pay tickets. The ticket numbers matched
some included in contract with collection agency.I called them, the court the tickets were from and D.O.L.....NCO had screwed-up the payments to the court, no one cared
to fix the problem, I lost license, and of course job also, since my job was driving cars for
Mitsubishi, Kia, Hyundai, Mazda and Suzuki. I had to go to court time after time for just shy of one year, until a judge finally stated I had not violated the contract, and license
was good.( this ruling had to do with a ticket I got in Puyallup for driving  susp. lic.)
At this same time period, I recieved another notice from DOL. Same ticket#,same
everything, all  over  again. I called and called all parties involved, thought I had it
straightened out.  Guess what ?  Pulled over today. Puyallup Police. Ticket for no
drivers license...........all over again.  Anyone know an atty in the tacoma/seattle
area that would sue these guys ? The atty that got the first ticket cleared said I
should sue, just had not got around to it, and now it will be double. I need help
though !
