NCrowd Boomstreet Stealing our money! BEWARE! Internet

I purchased quite a few vouchers for goods and various services through NCrowd. On a particular voucher (that I paid $89 for)  that I was not able to use,  I was offered an $89.00 credit to my account to use on future purchases. I went into my account this week and it is now under a new comapany name (Boomstreet) and my credit is no longer on my account. I contacted them and they stated that "The company as it previously existed is no longer in business and Boomstreet has simply aquired the names and database from NCrowd." They go on further to state that there is nothing else they can do to help. We were never informed by any means that NCrowd was going out of business. I, like many of the other consumers that they scammed just want our money that is due to us.
