NCS Collection Told me I was retarded and sounded gay. Lady told my wife she was coming to her workplace to whop her a**. Lady also told my wife coworker all her privacy information, which is against the consumer loan privacy act law. I have been working in this industry for years. Oklahoma

 This company keeps calling my wife and they called her and work and told her they was coming to her work place and if she don’t pay the money they was gonna whoop her a*s. They even called back and told her coworker all her information about she got a loan with them and she don’t suppose to get a loan if she work for a loan company. They are not allowed to share consumer information because of the Consumer Privacy Act. I know this because I have been working in the finance industry for years.

I called them and they told me I was retarded and sounded gay on the phone. They then hung up on me. I called back and the lady told me I was stupid and hung up on me again. I was just trying to find out who this people are. They keep calling her at work and they won’t leave her alone they keep telling her that they are sending someone to her workplace to pick up her money. They sound like a scam and I don’t know if they are real or not because of the threanting statements they are staying. They are very unprofessional and rude. They will call and say harassing things and then hang up. She don’t even remember getting a loan with them a year ago. I just don’t want them to keep calling her. They constantly call her cell and work and she cannot get phone calls at work. She can get fired for receivng personal phone calls at work. I don’t know what I suppose to do about it. I need someone to help. They are very aggressive and are saying very threatengin things. I called the police department and they told me to contact the attorney general becausse they could not do anything about it.
