Neerings Plumbing and Heating Dishonest, Unethical, Overcharging Bountiful Utah

I called Neerings Plumbing after noticing water backing up from basement toilet and shower.  Plumber came out and led me to believe that I had a significant problem and asked me to sign estimate of $675 for repair.  I had 4 kids in the house, no water and I trusted Neerings to treat me honestly and fairly.  The plumber simply snaked the drain and was done.  It took him around an hour! 

I called customer service to discuss this gross overcharge, and "Mike" told me that he would speak with the owner and call me back.  Several days went by without a call, so I called Mike, and it was clear that he'd done nothing and barely remembered our conversation.  He refused to address the outrageous bill and had nothing more to offer.

Neerings massively overcharged me for minimal services and then treated me poorly afterward.  I feel sick about the entire encounter.
