Neighbors Moving & Storage of South Florida, NO services after deposit was paid! Pampano Beach, Florida

We entered into a contractual agreement for expedited moving services through Neighbors Moving & Storage. We paid a $560 deposit. After this company had multiple conversations with a family representative, our initial pickup/delivery kept being moved forward.

After multiple days where pickup/delivery dates passed without service or a call from a company representative (we had to call them multiple times each day), Neighbors Moving & Storage would not give us any information regarding when services might be provided. Instead, they deferred us to their dispatchers and claimed that there must be a problem with the current delivery or delivery truck. No other information was given.

While we fully understand and appreciate that certain events can cause a delay in services of this type, there was absolutely no attempt on this companys behalf to inform us of these or to rectify the situation. At the current time, we have still not heard back from the company and no service has been provided! We are renting a Budget or U-Haul truck tomorrow, because we have no more time to wait.

Moreover, we realized after the fact that this company has a C rating with the BBB of South Florida, with over 150 complaints submitted against them. A number of other people have also been taken advantage of by Neighbors Moving & Storage Inc.

Avoid this company at all costs!
