Neko INC. that is run by Mark Hynes is a completely fraudulent company. They are extremely unprofessional and have stolen and scammed our company out of thousands of dollars. The job was never completed and on top of that, the phone lines have abruptly been shut off.
Do not work with Neko INC. by any means, they will scam you out of your money and do a horrific job setting up your phone lines. Mark Hynes has sent numerous threats saying that he will continue to keep our phone lines down unless we pay an additional charge, which we do not owe.

Neko, Inc. is not a fraudulent company we have been in business since 1992 and with many satisfied customers including the Swiss Air, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Swiss Port and United States Tennis Association. There was no scamming or stealing of any sort.
This report was given by a disgruntled company after a few incidents the last being Neko would not work in an office using illegal fire-coded cabling. "Since both you and the Fire Department dont want you to die from breathing in toxic fumes from your cabling, code requires Plenum Rated cable installed through any plenum air return space.
This is incident stems from BMY Trading and Mr. Moshe Greenwald using non-plenum cables in his office; which will keep costs down but that we as a company would not work with. Along with the illegal cabling this company had thousands of dollars in Somali trafficking on the long distance lines. Having shut off our services to them after months of non-payment on overdue invoices this is what he responds with. Good business practices were followed by Neko and Mark Hynes not by Mr. Greenwald as his invoices are still pending. Paying and severing ties correctly would have been appropriate in this instance not the company "bashing" that is seen here.
"We needed a T1 in a short amount of time for a last minute move and Neko Total Solutions was able to not only secure the line but also have a backup plan in place in case any of the unusual problems that creep up at the last minute. They did it on short notice and provide the special personal touches to ensure we were operational on Day 1 for a new customer."
