I did not take this loan out . I am paying a student loan aiready To HESSA that I took out. They have called me harassed me and garishment leter on April13 2017 under ECMC I am retire as Of Nov30.2017.They took225.90 out of my Social security retirement on April 3,2018. They said to Off set a student Loan. They saidn contact Treasury Offset Program www,fiscaltreasury.gov/TOP or call 1-800-304-3107 . They told me not to contact the Social Security Administration about my reduction. as result of this off set . i wonder why. The addressn was US Department of Education Federal OffsEt Unit
PO BOX 5227 Greenville TX75403. The letter came from US Departmentof the Treasury Bureau of Fiscal Service. PO Box 1636 Biemingham this looks fake but
they didnt explain about mySocial Security taken .
