Then Dr. Nelson Bryan Smith never even checked out the patient when her mother said never mind that's insane she demanded her money back. The initial 60$ that was handed thru the window for registration by the 17yr old patient who was running a fever at the time of administration. When the mom demanded the 60$ back they got arrogant and rude and demanded she leave with her sick daughter and withheld the money from them. They stole 60$ for NOTHING absolutely no medical examination was taken place and all this was being discussed thru a plexiglass window with enough opening for money to be slipped to the other side.
When my niece and mom came back to the house she was shaken by the event. I asked what was wrong and forced her to go back to the clinic to get her $60 cash back. We had to call the authorities because when I went to the Clinic they spoke to me thru the plexiglass window and were extremely rude and arrogant. I told them there are two ways to handle this....Give me back the $60 you stole from my niece and I stated her name in full. They demanded my name and I told them they were soon gonna find out who I was. They had two choices.
A. Give me the money you stole from a 17yr old sick girl.
B. I will deal with this matter Legally, I'm calling the authoritises. In which case we did and will further prosecute.
I am writing this blog for all who are not aware of this FRAUDGUELENT DR. NELSON BRYAN SMITH at the ER PM Clinic in Piegon Forge TN he needs to be shut down. When I called the authorities they stated this has been going on a very long time. There needs to be a stop made to this kind of dishonest medical treatment here in the United States of America... I am asking anyone who has experienced this kind of behaviour to speak up and fight for your rights. If there is a lawyer out there who has a heart to fight for this case please contact me ASAP. I appreciate your kindness..

I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson Bryan Smith on and off for years. He is very well liked in the community and does a great job. His fees are much less than most emergency room visits and about the same as a walkin clinic. I have lots of friends that use his serivces when they can't get in to see their own doctor and they all agree. The lady that is making this complaint does not understand the enormous expenses it takes to keep a doctor's office running. She was told up front what the prices would be and then she decided to go shopping elsewhere for a cheaper price. She owes Dr. Smith an apology.
