EasyRE is supposed to repair your windows installation when windows becomes corrupted and won't load. If it doesn't work, they say they will refund the $19.95. But you have to contact customer support frst so they can try to fix the problem.
I contacted support right after it didn't work. I requested the promised refund. They send me a new link to a different program to try. I tried it, didn't work at all. The first program made the computer completely useless, from where I could at least get into the utilities before.
Now I described the behavior and failure of the second program.
No reponse. over the next week I emailed support 2 more times and my emails are being ignored. The classic ignore them until the customer gives up ploy.
NeoSmart Technologies EasyRe is a scam that will take your money, waste lots of time downloading and burning media that won't solve the problem, and then they will ignore your refund requests. Avoid the agrevation. Avoid NeoSmart Technologies.

Apparently there was a change of employee in customer service. The new Rep checked up on my original contact and I forwarded him all the rest of the ignored emails. This Rep was very helpful and gave me a refund right there and then.
This company is Legit, ask for Mark if you have any issues.
