Forgive my English it is not my first language. I buy items on internet for next day shipping and site says inventory in stock. I open support to confirm all items in stock and can be shipped. The company confirms so I pay them for express delivery.

Next they have no items and none of the stuff I order arrives. They say they are waiting for delivery of items 5 days later so I cancel my order and ask for refund. I needed the items last minute and the time has already passed. They take 2 more weeks and still no refund or items.

I complain multiple times. No money no items. Then they call weeks later when items arrive in their inventory and try to get me to accept shipment but no refund. I had now purchased at another store. They threaten to report me for fraud, and call me all kinds of names when they could see I would not take the shipment from them.

I lost money and a client not getting the equipment they say was in inventory but was not. They held thousands of dollars of my money ransom then employed threats to not get a refund over phone. I warn all to stay away from this business. It is not serious with customer care. They take your money and want you to go to hell.

They spoke nice but lied at every step of the transaction and become threatening (two men) when I still wanted refund. I visit the store anonymously under different pretext and eventually see these disgusting men who could only fall over themselves and make sexual leaning comments and flirt and stare at my breasts. Totally unprofessional. Nasty people.

I received a refund many weeks later while they lie and say the banks take long to send transactions. SEPA/IBAN is next day to 3-4 days. Not weeks. They held my money as punishment. I am not rich so keeping a few thousand dollars of my money, making me loose business (could not build servers in time for client), and treat me badly in service. If they said in beginning they do not have in stock, I try somewhere else or another country that still had inventory of these hot server parts at the time.

My opinion is they are ganster type criminals who happen to run an electronics store. Use www.netonnet.se instead, stay away from Net2World.
