Netherweb ripoff Within the past year, their service went downhill Blacksburg Virginia

I signed up for this web host several years ago, and I must say that they were a great company to deal with. My site was always up, and if I had a problem it was fixed immediately.

Within the past year, their service went downhill. My site was down constantly, at least once every 2 weeks. It would go down for a few hours and at least 3 times it was down for over a day. I would send an email, they would fix it within a few hours. I stuck with them because I did not want to go through the nightmare of transferring my 4 sites to another server.

The last time my site went down, I did not even get a response from them about what happened. I switched to a new host, sent Netherweb an email to cancel my monthly service. No response. I sent another email. No response. I then get billed for a month's service. I call them to get a refund, I get voicemail. I leave a message, no call back. I tried calling them several times throughout the day on several occasions, you can not even speak to someone on the phone. I sent numerous emails, numerous voice messages, all with no reply.

I have to now take time off of work to go to my bank, at Christmas, to cancel my credit card so they can't bill me anymore and to fill out all kinds of paperwork to get the last charge off my account.

Unless these people change their tune, I do not recommend them to ANYONE!
