We ordered a trampoline and when it arrived there were two parts of the frame missing. We immediately notified the company. They acknowledged our notification, but did not provide any information regarding next steps. A week later we called and they said they would start a ticket with the manufacturer, which would take 3 days. Escalated the discussion to a supervisor. He promised to call by 10:00 am the next morning with a tracking number. He did not call.

Waited three days. Called again. Told that the manufacturer's owner had to make the call on shipping the parts, but that I would be called back before end of day. No call. I sent an email letter to the BBB listed contact demanding something be done. We get an email back from someone else offering us a discount. We wait a week and contact the company, again. Same story. Bounced to three different persons. Still no response from the manufacturer. All we wanted was a tracking number or a verifiable bill of lading to know that the parts have been shipped. The manufacturer has not shipped the parts, nor can anyone at bounce superstore or netshops get the manufacturer to respond (so they say).

We have given them until the end of the day or we are going to cancel the order and we not honor any restocking or shipping charges. This is not the best customer experience we've ever had.
