Netpend Corp.allowed an overseas Airline to STEAL $220.98 (Airarabia.com)Neither Company will give me any information nor will THEY return my phone calls, E-mails or faxes. Netspend Corp. allowed this charge without ANY verification as well as Airarabia.com. That isn't all of my expenses since.

1-You dont always have to use the PIN number with a debit card 2-You dont use the PIN number online, you use the cvc code on the back but it still doesnt guarantee a safe ransaction,because it is just for VERIFICATION (the cvc matching the card number) anyone can write down that information and use it 3- You can't blame Netspend for not protecting your account,it is not full Netspend responsibility whenever there is an unathorized charge ,like i said there is NO way we can know that the person using the card isnt really you.

I know what i am talking about Wendy,i have 4 years of experience on this and have seen thousands of cases like this,i understand the frustration and i would hate to go through that same situation

Kathy, I will make this simple and sweet: What is a PREPAID DEBIT CARD? DEBIT means P.I.N. number is to be used. What is security CODE? What you are suppose to NEED when you purchase something online. Netspend monitors accounts at all times, especially if they need payment or someone withn the company want's to steal from you. Personal information is what it suppose to be PERSONAL! I closed the account the money was stolen from and opened another, yet Netspend Knew of both without being informed by ME! Kathy until you have seen and heard both sides, you need to mind your own BUSINESS, and learn how to spell & Type. WENDY

There is something i dont understand about customers, whenever there is an unathorized charge on an acct they claim that Netspend allowed the transaction to happen and Netspend didnt stop it, there is NO way we can be alerted whenever the card is being used by someone else, must customers claim they should be notified when a transaction they didnt authorize is going to be charged...now my question is, when you use your card at the grocery store , do you call for our approval or to let us know you are going to use the card? The answer is NO...is that simple, unathorize charges are not full Netspend responsibility, we can help you fight those charges if a company fraudently used your card...but it takes time.
