On Oct. 1 2013 Netspend allowed an unknown company to take 402.50 from my account and has still yet not refunded the money to me. This is after we have contacted them several times, filed a dispute, filed a police report, written letters. 

We have been told 3 different dates that we might potentially get the funds returned to our account. We were told the 15th, 16th then the 17th.  After speaking to a supposed supervisor in the alleged dispute department on Oct. 14th we told that they didn't have to give the money back for at least 10 days and then it depended on what the dispute analyst decided. So we are at the mercy of the dispute analyst. 

When we asked if our money was guaranteed by this bank the supervisor changed the supject.  This happened twice.  But I have been told repeatedly by this bank that they credit funds as soon as they recieve them also and I recieved my social security for June on Memorial Day in May, when the federal Government and the banks were all closed, meaning that they had recieved it on Friday.

I encourage anyone that is thinking of using this company to please reconcider and save yourself the headache.
