Networkagenda.com - Networkagenda Never completed order, Never provided card information-Still managed to steal money right out of my account!! Las Vegas Also St. George Utah

I visited a site that was supposed to provide information concerning government grants. After realizing that there would be a $40 charge I cancelled the entire ordering process. I did NOT provide any information concerning my credit card/ bank account during the ordering process that I originally started.
Approximately a week later I noticed a charge on my account for $40 from these scam artists. Now, about every two weeks the amount of anywhere from $7.95 to $14.95 is charged to my account from various "creditors" such as, the con-artists known as NETWORKAGENDA.COM.
This is out and out theft!! These scum-sucking losers, who obviously don't have the backbone to handle a REAL job, deserve to not only pay back every red cent that they have stolen, but do time in jail as well!!
