I signed up for Grant Search Assistance free trial a few months ago, September 2006 to be exact. I missed there deadline and understood that they would withdaw 29.95 from my account. I never used their services. I then check my credit card statement at the end of the year for tax purposes and saw 3 different with drawals from my card. One from GRANT SEARCH ASSISTANT,NETWORKAGENDA.COM ST GEORGE UT, and GSA/SBA EXPRESS called the there numbers to cancell and the preson I spoke with said that I wouldn't see anything on my account after January.
When a checked my Feburary account NETWORKAGENDA.COM was still taking money from my account. When I went to the site it had nothing to do with searching grants or assisting in anyway.
I tried calling the number for them and to no avail. I checked March and its still there. I never gave them permission to take monies from my credit card.

There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 866-370-7270 and they are available Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm Eastern Standard Time.
If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
