 As far as contractors are concerned, this company borderline on being a scam. They charge the highest rates for leads, tell you that you have to call your clients immediately, and tell you it's beyond their control when you call a client immediately, multiple times, email, text, and still get no response. 80% of their leads are total junk that never give a response. Of the other 20%, only a few will actually go through the process of allowing you to come and do an estimate at their residence.

Their sales people promise that their lead dispute process is super easy and simple, but yet I struggled and fought every time I got a lead that didn't respond and still was denied 9 out of 10 times. Then when you call to talk to an account manager, they apologize profusely, take an hour to explain how they are glad that you did get a couple of jobs and how their glad that you're seeing return on your investment.

They barely hear the basic requests made of them, promise that they will address your concerns, and then when your concerns go blatantly disregarded, claim that they have no athaurity, and can only make the request on your behalf to another department. If you are a contractor, just go house to house with a brochure and some business cards, at least you'll be getting in front of customers, instead of paying Networx hard earned cash to slam your own head against a brick wall.
